SARATOGA SPRINGS -- City school district voters will go back to the polls on Tuesday to elect three members of the Board of Education after a voting-machine malfunction invalidated the results the May 14 election.
Voting machines accidentally were set up so that a person could cast a ballot for all nine candidates instead of just three.
The nine candidates include incumbents M. Sandra Lewis and Henry C. Trombley as well as former board members Scott Moberg and Robert Shorb.
