Airports of Thailand Prices Initial Public Stock Offering.

Feb. 11--Airports of Thailand Plc (AoT), formerly the Airports Authority of Thailand, has set a price range of 37 to 42 baht for the 358.8 million shares it plans to offer to the public on Feb 27-28.

Of the total, 215.28 million shares will be sold in the domestic market and the remaining 143.52 million offered to international institution investors.

Locally, 52 million shares will be offered to financial institutions through brokers and another 56 million to civil servants (16 million shares) and the public (40 million) at all branches of Krung Thai Bank, Bangkok Bank, Kasikornbank and Thai Military Bank.
